Basic Services is the ideal package to start on, while if your requirements are more specific and comprehensive, our Managed Services can be customised to your needs.

Basic Payroll Services

The basic payroll service is ideal for small to medium sized enterprises. It is a basic computational payroll providing simple payslips and reports for action by the employer.

Client provides:

• Payroll data via Fax, Email, Excel spreadsheet, Text file or Web form to schedule

Frank McMahon & Co completes:

• Preparation of Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Payroll
• Computation of payroll requirements
• Verification of additions & deductions, PAYE, PRSI and related issues
• Provision of basic preview files
• Run of approved payroll
• Basic payslips provided
• Payment data file to allow payment action by employer
• Basic payroll reports
• Revenue pro-forma P45 and annual P60 – as appropriate
• Monthly P30 and Annual P35 return data to Revenue
• Online Revenue Debit Instruction (RDI) set up with Revenue for P30 & P35 payments online
• Transfer of payroll data files to employer for retention

Managed Payroll Services

The Managed Payroll Service is customisable to your requirements and is adaptable to businesses of any size, large or small. The Managed Service has all the features of the Basic Service but allows for greater outsourcing option.

Client provides:

• Payroll data via Fax, Email, Excel spreadsheet, Text file or Web form to schedule

Frank McMahon & Co completes:

• Preparation of Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Payroll
• Computation of all payroll requirements
• Verification of additions & deductions, PAYE, PRSI and related issues
• Computation of BIK notional pay elements
• Provision of preview files
• Run of approved payroll
• Security Payslips printing and delivery to client office for distribution
• Revenue forms P45 and annual P60 provided to employer for distribution – as appropriate
• Monthly Revenue return processed directly to revenue
• Annual P60 provided directly to each employee
• Annual (P35) return electronic data files processed to Revenue
• Transfer of payroll data files to employer for retention

Plus (Managed payroll elements involving individually costed options)
